D1: Arrive at Hanoi

Meet at Noi Bai International Airport, and transfer to check-in at the hotel.
Free to explore Hanoi Old Quarter at night, taste Vietnamese local food and overnight in Hanoi.
D2: Hanoi—Tam Coc—Halong Bay

Breakfast at hotel, tour guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel, then drive to Tam Coc (take about 2 hours drive).
Arrive at Hoa Lu, visit Dinh Temple, home to king ding tien Hoang and Le Temple, home to king Le Dai hanh.
Continue to transfer to Tam Coc. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with special food Ninh Binh lamb meat.
After having lunch, you will take a small Wooden sampan and follow the Ngo Dong river to enjoy the view of Halong Bay on land the tour will be take about 2 hours. Then get back the wharf, and leave for Halong City.
Arrive at Halong around 6:00pm. Check into the hotel and free to visit Halong night market. Overnight in Halong.

After breakfast, depart to Tuan Chau harbor and take the cruise to explore one of the world’s natural heritages and also one of new seven natural wonders of the world – Halong Bay (the cruise tour will take about 3.5 hours).
The cruise will drive through most of the popular tourist attractions in Halong Bay, such as: Ga Choi Island, floating fishing village, Trong Mai Island, ect.
Stop at Bo Hon island and visit Sung Sot Cave (Cave of Surprises). One of the most popular destination for tourists, still known as one of the best places to enjoy the overview of Halong Bay. The cave was discovered in 1901 by the French. Sung Sot cave covers around 10.000m2 with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites along the 500-meter paved passage.
Have lunch on the cruise with seafood. Then head back to the harbour and transfer to Hanoi by bus (about a 4 hours drive).
Arrive at Hanoi, check-in at the hotel and free to explore Hanoi nightlife. Overnight in Hanoi.

Meet at the hotel after breakfast, then start the city tour with a visit Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh read the Proclamation of Independence of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on September 2, 1945.
Visit the Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (outside view), where President Ho Chi Minh's body lay as if he was sleeping in the simple clothes worn when he was alive.
Visit Ho Chi Minh’s Residence to understand the life of Ho Chi Minh when he was alive. Refusing to live in the Presidential palace, President Ho Chi Minh lived in a normal electrician’s house nearby. Walking around, visitors can feel his simple and pure lifestyle in an wooden tiled house on stilt (of the Ethnic minority group’s style), surrounded by a gardens full of fruit trees and a peaceful fishpond.
One Pillar Pagoda is an ancient one built in 1049 under the Ly Dynasty. There’s an interesting legend referring the construction of the pagoda, telling that King Ly Thanh Tong had this pagoda constructed in the shape of a lotus, based upon his fairy dream, thanks to which he was given a baby boy, please come and explore the legend yourself!
Nearby is The Presidential Palace, located in the heart of Hanoi, was built between 1900 and 1906 to house the French Governor-General of Indochina.
The Temple of Literature (Quoc Tu Giam) is situated at the south of Thang Long citadel, was founded as a Confucian temple in 1.070 and known as Vietnam's first national university.
Lunch will be served at the restaurant located in Ho Tay (West Lake). Enjoy one of the special foods in Hanoi - Ho Tay shrimp cakes.
After that, see you off at the airport and good bye!
